Policies & Shipping

Unless explicitly stated in the listing, all jewelry I sell is made-to-order.

Most items will be made and shipped 1-2 weeks after payment.

Payment:
Payment is accepted through PayPal. If you don’t have an account, you can still pay using a debit or credit card!

If your payment will be delayed for any reason, please get in touch!

Shipping:
Items will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of receipt of payment. If for some reason this can not be done, I will contact you and let you know. I make every single piece myself, by hand – you are not getting factory-made jewelry.

Items are shipped in a bubble mailer envelope. Each item is housed on the card shown. This flat-packing method saves considerable shipping costs.

PLEASE NOTE TRACKING IS NOT INCLUDED WITH YOUR ORDER AS STANDARD. 

If you would like tracking please contact me and I can provide a quote for adding it.

International Customers Please Note – I am shipping from Canada. Packages to the rest of the world may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive.

If your package does not turn up within the expected time frame, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation! However, please be aware that I do not consider a parcel ‘lost’ in the post until it has been a full 90 days from the date of shipping, and will not replace an item sooner than this.

I do not accept responsibility for any customs issues, costs, or refusals. If you are concerned about your country’s customs laws or costs, please investigate before purchase. If a package comes back to me from customs in the original condition, I will of course refund your money.

Refunds and Exchanges:
I offer a 10 day full refund for return policy (excluding custom orders). If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within 10 days of receiving it.

However – please be aware that I cannot accept returns of custom orders. I also cannot accept returns of earrings that have been worn for health and safety reasons.

I want you to be happy with your order, and I will do whatever I can to work with you to sort out any issues!

I cannot accept responsibility for repaying postage and handling charges.
